To request a refund, you must contact us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase.
If your refund request is approved within this period:
your payment will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible;
your access to the course, community, downloads, bonuses and future updates will be removed;
your licence to use the course materials immediately ends.
After the seven-day guarantee period has expired, purchases are considered final and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This guarantee applies only to eligible online courses unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.
Private coaching sessions, face reading services, temperament analyses, personalised consultations and custom digital products are non-refundable once work has begun or the service has been delivered.
12. Lifetime Access
Where a programme is advertised as including "Lifetime Access," this means access for the lifetime of the programme while it continues to be owned, maintained and offered by Stoic Herbalist.
Lifetime Access does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.
Stoic Herbalist reserves the right to:

update lessons;
replace downloads;
reorganise modules;
discontinue outdated materials;
migrate to a different learning platform if necessary.
Whenever reasonably possible, students with Lifetime Access will continue to receive access to updated versions of the programme.
13. Coaching Services

The following behaviour may result in removal from the community without refund:

Private Coaching
Private coaching sessions are scheduled specifically for each client.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify Stoic Herbalist at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Where sufficient notice is given, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be considered forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Stoic Herbalist reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions in cases of illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond your control.
If Stoic Herbalist needs to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
