During our sessions, we’ll take the time to gently explore your challenges or intentions together, so we can fully understand what you're experiencing. From there, I will choose the most appropriate method to select your Bach Flower remedies, other floral essences, or complementary tools.
If verbal expression feels difficult for you, we can use other gentle and respectful approaches to support the process.
You remain in full control of the process at all times, and you are welcome to express your preferences regarding the method or the remedies used.
I prepare your personalized blend on the spot, and you’ll leave with all the information you need: the selected remedies, their meanings, how to use them, and the recommended dosage.
